TRAINING PROGRAMS
Details regarding duration, levels, study programs, and training fees at LKP Bali Ocean Star are available in the Training Program menu. Our programs are tailored to three candidate categories:
- Professional: For candidates with over 4 years of experience in their respective fields. They may enroll in our Enhancement Program to refine their skills while undergoing the application process.
- Medium: For candidates with experience of less than 4 years. If the initial screening indicates a need for further development to meet agency standards, candidates may enroll in the Executive, 1-Year Professional, or 2-Year Mastery Programs.
- Beginner: For candidates with no prior work experience or hospitality background. We recommend our 1-Year Professional or 2-Year Mastery Programs to build a solid career foundation.
CONTRACT GUIDELINES
The following details are based on the latest updates from our Official Agency Partners and current regulations. Please note that definitive information regarding duration, dates, positions, costs, and income potential will be provided directly by the Official Agency. The information below serves as a general guide and potential outlook:
- Seasonal (5 – 7 months duration based on the agreement with the employer), returning to Indonesia during the winter season.
- Non-Seasonal (3 – 5 years contract duration)

BENEFITS & FACILITIES
Monthly Income Potential: Estimated between €1,000 – €1,200/month + bonuses + overtime (subject to selection results by official agency partners and the employer/user).
Hospitality Industry Bonus: Participants in the hospitality sector may receive an extra 2-month allowance upon completion and during the Christmas season.
Annual Flight Benefit: The employer provides round-trip flight tickets for your winter break (Greece – Bali – Greece) after your first season. Please note that the initial departure flight to Greece is a personal investment.
Working Hours: 8-10 hours/day, 6 days per week, with 4 days off per month.
Comprehensive Support: Accommodation, in-house medical, insurance, duty meals, and transportation are provided by the user.
Legal Compliance: Fully documented through official channels.
EU Residence & Work Permit: Eligibility for a Blue Card (residence and work permit for Greece), which also grants access to other EU countries.
Efficient Process: Facilitated through official agency partners in Bali.
Financial Support (Bali ID Holders): Access to pre-departure funding assistance of up to 70% without collateral through our banking partners. Repayment begins after you start your program in Greece.

REQUIREMENTS
Age: 19 to 50 years old.
Language: Proficiency in English (Active & Passive).
Education: Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
Training: Completion of the Overseas Career Preparation Program at BOSTC.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience—supported by work certificates (Mandatory).
Readiness: Prepared to follow all training, selection, and administrative procedures, including associated costs.
Documentation: Digital files (PDF/JPG, max 10MB) including CV, Work Experience Certificates, Latest Diploma, Passport (if available), Family Card (KK), National ID (KTP), and 2 copies of a 4×6 photo with a white background.
Registration: Settlement of the English Skill Test (EST) fee.
Pre-Screening: Available offline at the BOSTC office or online, following registration and EST payment.

PROCEDURE & PHASES
NON SEASONAL
- Enrollment: Candidates register for the Overseas Career Preparation Program at BOSTC based on their career goals.
- Screening & Interview: Participation in pre-screening at BOSTC and interviews with official agency partners and users (offline or online).
- Medical Check-Up (MCU): Conducted prior to document submission to ensure health compliance. Fees vary by the MCU provider.
- Commitment: Upon passing the MCU, candidates sign a commitment letter and settle the initial deposit with the official agency partner. Contact Marketing for deposit details:
Chat Marketing - Selection Access: Once the deposit and MCU are finalized, candidates are submitted to users to obtain a Letter of Intent (LOI) / Offer Letter.
- Agreement: Candidates sign the Placement Agreement (SPK) before proceeding to the next administrative phase.
- Package Coverage: The processing package includes one-way tickets to Greece, Visa, Work Permit (WP), Apostille, Police Clearance (SKCK), ID CPMI, EKTLN, and mentorship throughout the process. (Note: Excludes MCU, Passport, and travel/accommodation costs to Jakarta for Visa processing).
- Document Processing: Candidates wait for the Work Permit from the Greek government (est. 2–3 months post-LOI).
- Standardization Training: While waiting, candidates attend work standardization and language training at BOSTC. Once the WP is issued, candidates must be ready to finalize all departure documents.
- Visa Appointment: Candidates can monitor their visa status through the official Greek Embassy appointment system. Visa issuance is the absolute authority of the Embassy.
SEASONAL
- Enrollment: Register for the Overseas Career Preparation Program at BOSTC.
- Initial Selection: Participation in pre-screening and interviews.
- Initial Commitment: After passing the second interview, candidates sign a commitment letter and settle an initial commitment fee. This fee is credited toward departure costs if the final selection is successful.
- Final Selection: Candidates undergo final selection by the user in Greece. Upon passing, candidates settle 50% of the departure costs for document processing and training.
- Waiting Period: While waiting for the WP and contract, candidates undergo specialized training based on target country standards.
- Administrative Finalization: Once the WP and contract are issued, candidates proceed with medical checks, SKCK (Mabes Polri), and document Apostille in Jakarta.
- Visa Processing: Candidates wait for the visa appointment according to the Embassy’s policy.
- Settlement: Full payment of departure costs is required before the visa interview in Jakarta.
- Departure: Upon visa approval, the agency provides the joining ticket to Greece.
- Additional Costs: Candidates should prepare for extra costs such as passport issuance, document translation, and travel/accommodation to Jakarta.
