TRAINING PROGRAMS

Information regarding duration, levels, study programs, and training fees at LKP Bali Ocean Star can be accessed via the Training Program menu. Generally, candidates are categorized into three levels:

  1. Professional: For ex-crew members or candidates with over 4 years of experience in 4 or 5-star hotels. They may enroll in our Enhancement Program to refine their skills while undergoing the application process.
  2. Medium: For ex-crew or land-based hospitality staff with less than 4 years of experience. If the initial screening indicates a need for further development to meet agency standards, candidates may enroll in the Executive, 1-Year Professional, or 2-Year Mastery Programs.
  3. Beginner: For candidates with no prior work experience or hospitality background. We recommend our 1-Year Professional or 2-Year Mastery Programs.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Aged 21 to 35. (Experienced professionals over 35 are still welcome to apply and will receive maximum support).

  2. Proficiency in English (Active and Passive).

  3. Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) or D1 in Tourism/Hospitality.

  4. Relevant work experience based on the applied position (Contact Marketing for specific details).

  5. Readiness to follow all recruitment and pre-departure procedures, including associated costs.

  6. Document Preparation: Digital files (PDF/JPG, max 10MB) including CV, Work Experience Certificates, Latest Diploma, Passport (if available), Family Card (KK), ID Card (KTP), and 2 copies of a 4×6 white background photo. These must be uploaded via the registration link.

  7. Willingness to complete the English Skill Test (EST).

  8. Pre-screening: Available offline at the BOC office or online, following registration and EST payment.

  9. Post-Offer Letter (OL) Requirements: Medical Check-Up (MCU), Visa, Basic Safety Training (BST), Seaman’s Book, Police Clearance (SKCK), and Seafarer’s Awareness Training (SAT).
