Bali Ocean Star Training Center (BOSTC), as a registered Vocational Training Center (LKP), offers various specialized training programs. While BOSTC directly conducts the training, our International Internship and Overseas Career Placement initiatives are collaborative programs with our official, licensed agency partners (P3MI) registered under BP2MI. These partnerships ensure that BOSTC trainees receive prioritized access to international internships and professional career opportunities through legally recognized channels.

ENHANCEMENT

PROGRAM (FAST TRACK)

An intensive preparation program designed to align a candidate’s skills with international standards for both land-based and cruise line industries. Ideal for: Professionals or graduates of Tourism Vocational Schools/Diplomas seeking to expedite their international career journey.

EXECUTIVE

PROGRAM

3 months of intensive training, followed by access to international internship or career placement. Ideal for: Beginners or those with basic knowledge/experience in the hospitality sector looking for an efficient career path.

1 YEAR PROFESSIONAL

PROGRAM

4 months of training and 6 months of On-the-Job Training (OJT), leading to international internship or career placement opportunities. Ideal for: Candidates starting their hospitality journey who require a comprehensive balance of theory and practical experience.

2 YEARS MASTERY

PROGRAM

9 months of in-depth training and 6 months of On-the-Job Training (OJT), progressing toward international internship or career placement. Ideal for: Individuals aiming for a high level of expertise and long-term professional mastery in the global hospitality industry.
