HOTEL JOB IN POLAND (HOSPITALITY)

Departure can be anytime (no seasonality)



BENEFITS

  • Salary: 30.50 Zloty gross / 25.50 Zloty net per hour (approx. 112,000 IDR/hour)
    → Equivalent to around IDR 24–30 million/month (depending on currency rate)

  • Salary mechanism:

    • 1st month (training period): 8 hours/day, 5 working days, 2 days off

    • From 2nd month onward: 8 hours/day + mandatory overtime (2–4 hours), 6 working days, 1 day off

  • Meal duty: 80% of hotels provide meals, 20% do not

  • Contract duration: 2 years

  • Placement bonus based on hotel policy

  • Free accommodation and insurance

  • Transportation provided (dorm – workplace – dorm)

  • If there are issues with the Poland process, candidates may be reassigned to another European (Schengen) country with the same employer.

  • After 3 months of stay/work, staff will be assisted in obtaining a TRC (Temporary Residence Card) by the employer:

    • Cost: €350–400

    • Valid for 3–4 years and can be renewed

    • Note: TRC is not a work visa, but allows travel to other Schengen countries without additional visa under certain conditions.

  • Departure funding assistance available if needed — 100% without collateral



REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum SMK/SMA in Hospitality or D1 in Tourism

  • Minimum 1-year experience in related field

  • Good English proficiency

  • Age 18–50 years old

  • Willing to follow the full recruitment and departure process including all associated costs
