This internship program is open to all of our students as well as the general public who are interested in interning in the USA, with a decent hourly wage.

Duration:
12 months of internship

Qualifications:
All hotel positions

Main Requirements:

• Must be between 19 to 28 years old

• Possess a valid international passport

• Fluent in English

• Minimum of D2 in Hospitality or at least 5 years of relevant experience for high school/vocational school graduates (SMA/SMK)

• Financial capability to cover administrative processes including registration, medical check-up, passport, flight tickets, travel insurance, and J1 Visa fee

• Must meet all immigration requirements for obtaining a J1 Visa from the U.S. Embassy

• Hold a valid international travel insurance

Benefits:

• Estimated salary: $14 – $18 per hour

• Internship Certificate from the host hotel

• Accommodation, transportation, meals, and daily expenses are self-funded

• Estimated departure cost: IDR 100–150 million (includes medical check-up, visa, insurance, joining ticket, and preparation costs for accommodation, meals, etc.)

• After completing the program, participants will receive priority placement opportunities from BOSTC’s official partner agencies

• Advance funding available for departure costs if needed — 100% without collateral
