Participating in the Taiwan Internship Program provides numerous benefits, including a competitive monthly allowance. This stipend is designed to be substantial enough to cover training costs, Diploma III tuition fees, and departure expenses. The Taiwan Internship Program is now open for enrollment, following the latest requirements from our partners. This program is organized by Bali Ocean Star Training Center (BOSTC) in collaboration with our official agency partners. It offers a valuable opportunity for students, undergraduates, and young professionals to gain international experience, enhance their professional skills, and immerse themselves in the work culture and lifestyle of Taiwan. This program serves as an excellent foundation for those aspiring to pursue long-term professional careers in Taiwan.
Duration: 12 months (1 year)
Target Positions: All Hotel Departments
Intake/Departure Schedule: Every March/April
BENEFITS
Monthly Stipend Potential: ± IDR 12,000,000/month + Overtime/Part-time opportunities (subject to Hotel policy). Stipend increases are based on individual performance and Hotel regulations. - Diploma III Tuition (Until Graduation): IDR 25M (Installment: IDR 5M upon registration & IDR 20M upon Visa appointment)

TOTAL INVESTMENT: IDR 59M – 62M

- 📄 Professional Certifications: Upon completion, participants receive three certificates: An Official Internship Certificate from the Host Hotel, a National Competency Certificate (BNSP), and a Graduation Certificate from BOSTC.
- 📄 Academic Degree: Earn a Diploma III Degree with the professional title A.Md.Par. (Associate of Applied Science in Tourism) from BOSTC’s university partners via an integrated online learning system.
🛏 Full Support: Accommodation, transportation, and duty meals are provided by the host company.
Legal Compliance: Fully documented through official and transparent career pathways.
Efficient Process: Targeted intake/departure every March or April.
Career Progression: Program alumni receive priority access to international job placement opportunities through BOSTC’s official agency partners.

REQUIREMENTS
Age: 18 to 28 years old.
Education: Currently enrolled in or pursuing a Diploma III degree.
Identity: Must hold a valid International Passport.
Language: Basic proficiency in English.
Financial Readiness: Ability to cover administrative and processing requirements, including registration, medical check-ups, passport issuance, airfare, travel insurance, and Professional Visit Pass (Visa) fees.
Immigration Compliance: Must meet all terms and conditions set by the Embassy of Taiwan for visa issuance.
Insurance: Must hold valid international travel insurance.
Documentation: Prepare digital files (PDF/JPG, max 10MB) including: CV, Work Experience Certificates, Latest Diploma, Diploma Certificates (if any), Passport, Family Card (KK), National ID (KTP), Parent’s ID, and 2 copies of a 4×6 photo with a dark blue background. These documents must be uploaded via the registration link.
