BALI OCEAN STAR TRAINING CENTER (BOSTC) is a non-formal vocational training institution operating under the Bali Ocean Star Foundation (BOS), dedicated to developing professional human resources for the hospitality and cruise ship industries. Since its establishment in 2020, BOSTC has successfully supported hundreds of trainees in securing decent employment opportunities both domestically and abroad.
With a strong emphasis on quality, discipline, and a global work ethic, BOSTC delivers training programs aligned with industry standards and Indonesia’s National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI). Our curriculum is systematically designed to meet the evolving demands of today’s job market.
BOSTC is committed to providing comprehensive support and top-tier services throughout the training process—covering both theoretical and practical components. This includes mental attitude development, motivational coaching, personalized guidance, and assistance with all training-related needs up to the departure stage.
To ensure successful job placement, BALI OCEAN STAR TRAINING CENTER (BOSTC) collaborates with licensed and experienced agencies and companies (PT) that specialize in overseas employment deployment.

BALI OCEAN STAR TRAINING CENTER (BOSTC) proudly collaborates with several officially licensed overseas employment agencies (P3MI) under the supervision of Indonesia’s National Agency for the Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers (BP2MI). One of our key partners is PT. Sriti Rukma Lestari (PT. SRL), which offers extensive placement opportunities across Europe and Asia—including Poland, Greece, the Netherlands, Germany, Lithuania, Romania, Dubai, Qatar, and more.
For international internship placements, BOSTC works closely with World Skill Academy (WSA) in Malaysia for placements within Malaysia, and with JOJO International for internship programs in the United States (J1 visa), Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, and other destinations.
These strategic partnerships ensure that our trainees gain access to high-quality global opportunities, both for employment and professional development.
