(All Hotel Department Positions — no factory, livestock, or plantation work)

Departure system: Departure possible at any time (no seasonal restrictions)



Benefits and Facilities

  • Salary: 10 euros per hour, working 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
    → Accumulated salary: €1,900 – €2,500 per month (~IDR 35–45 million/month depending on exchange rate)

  • Meal duty: Provided by 80% of hotels, 20% do not provide meals

  • First contract term: Mandatory 2-year contract

  • Bonus of €400 after completing the 2-year contract

  • Free accommodation

  • Free insurance

  • Transport provided (between accommodation – workplace – accommodation)

  • Working Permit (WP) and Work Visa included

  • Advance funding for departure is available 100% without collateral, if needed



Qualifications

  • Minimum: Vocational High School (SMK/SMA) in Tourism or D1 in Tourism

  • 1 year of experience in the field

  • Good English proficiency

  • Age: 19–50 years old

  • Willing to go through all processes and expenses from recruitment until departure
